Rayola Inc. Receives $3,000 Grant to Support Care Packages for Foster Youth in Midland County

Rayola Inc. is proud to announce it has received a $3,000 grant from the Midland Rotary Foundation to support the organization’s Care Packages for Foster Youth initiative in Midland County.

This funding will help Rayola provide essential comfort items, personal care products, and supportive resources to children and teens in the foster care system. These care packages are designed to bring dignity, encouragement, and a sense of belonging to youth who are often navigating difficult transitions.

Rayola is a northern Michigan nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting children in the foster care system and any other child in need. Founded on the belief that every child deserves to feel loved, supported, and valued, Rayola works to help children who have been negatively impacted by the actions of others and remind them that many people care about their future and well-being.

As a nonprofit organization, Rayola relies on the generosity of donors, volunteers, board members, and community partners to fulfill its mission. All donations directly support programs and services that benefit children in need. Rayola also works closely with local DHHS offices and child service agencies to ensure support reaches children in the most effective and meaningful ways possible.

The Service Club Alliance, an effort of the Midland Area Community Foundation, is a partnership between Midland area service clubs that coordinates efforts and simplifies grantmaking for community organizations. The Alliance simplifies the grant process by using a joint application for applicants who provide support for Midland County residents. The Service Club Alliance is not responsible, as an organization, for the grantmaking made by any of its participants. It is merely the convener of this process. Each service club is responsible for their individual grantmaking efforts.
